Mini Beanie Hat Christmas Ornaments

These are really cute no sew mini beanie hat Christmas ornaments.  You can make them in any colors you would like with yarn you have on hand and a toilet paper roll.  Just follow the tutorial and you will have these adorable ornaments done in a flash.

What you will Need:

• Small amount of yarn
• 1 toilet paper roll
• Small amount of paper or tissue paper
• Scissors

Step 1: Mini Beanie Hat Christmas Ornament 

Cut a 1/2″ circle from the toilet paper holder.  Cut 40 pieces of yarn 12″ long.

Step 2: Mini Beanie Hat Christmas Ornament

Wrap each piece of yarn around the 1/2″ piece of toilet paper roll by folding the yarn in half and pushing the loop through the paper roll. Then take the other end and fold it over the toilet paper roll and into the loop in order to create a slip knot.  Leave the ends dangling.

Step 3: Mini Beanie Hat Christmas Ornament

Once all of the knots are complete push the dangling ends back through the center of the now covered toilet paper roll.  Pull the ends to the center and tie off with a small piece of yarn.

Step 4: Mini Beanie Hat Christmas Ornament

Place a small amount of paper or tissue paper inside the hat and clip the loose ends so they are even and make a nice pom pom on the top of the hat.
