I love everything patriotic. As the daughter of a veteran I understand the importance of patriotism and love of country. With the 4th of July just around the corner I really wanted to make something patriotic. I saw this Dollar Tree Patriotic Wall Hanging on Facebook and decided to create it for you. I really liked it when I saw it so I gave it a go. Here is my version. If you would like more Dollar Tree projects head over to my Dollar Tree page for many more.

Step 1: Cut the Wreath

Using wire cutters cut the spokes of the wheel wreath form on the outside edge. Don't worry. You will be gluing them back.

Step 2: Add the Patriotic Sign

Attach the patriotic sign to the center of the wreath spokes using hot glue and e6000.

Step 3: Add the Patriotic Foam Balls

Place the red, white and blue balls onto the cut spokes Alternating the colors.

Step 4: Re-attach the Spokes

I used e6000 and hot glue for this purpose. I placed the e6000 onto the ends of each spoke. Then, I placed some hot glue on the top of the join.

Step 5: Add the Stars

Glue the stars to the ends of the spokes.

Step 6: Create the Bow

I used Dollar Tree patriotic ribbon. If you are uncomfortable making bows head over to Southern Charm Wreaths and take their bow making course. I did.

Step 7: Add the Bow

Using hot glue add the bow to the bottom of the wreath. Once this is done you have finished your Dollar Tree Patriotic wall hanging.
