How to Make Fabric Wire Hanger Covers
How to Make Fabric Wire Hanger Covers
Does your bedroom or guestroom closet need a little punch? Mine did so I decided to make these really cute fabric covered wire hangers. I have loads of these dry cleaner wire hangers that are covered in paper but I wanted some to match the decor in my guest room so I decided to cover my own. This project literally takes 10 minutes to make and you can make between 3-4 hanger covers from a single remnant. You know how much I love using remnants and this project was no different. My guest room is green so I decided to use this green plaid fabric to make three matching fabric wire hanger covers. They were so simple that I had to share them with you. Believe me, this is the perfect beginner sewing project.
I used a quilting weight cotton fabric for my wire hanger covers as that seemed to work best so I recommend that as well. This post contains affiliate links that if you click on them I may receive a commission at no extra cost to you.
