How to Make a Dollar Tree Foam Dice Wall Hanging
I love dollar Tree crafts and this one is no different. I came across it on Pinterest and decided to make my own version of this Dollar Tree Foam Dice wall hanging. It is such a simple craft project to make that anyone with basic crafting skills can make it. I used Dollar Tree foam dice that I purchased online. Of course, you can find them in the store but it is hit or miss. I originally purchased some Dollar Tree vases but decided that I liked the milk jugs better so I got those at JOANN Fabric & Craft Stores. I purchased the lavender flowers at Dollar Tree along with the black stick on letters. The bath caddy was purchased at Bed bath and Beyond. What you will Need: How to Make a Dollar Tree Foam Dice Wall Hanging
- Dollar Tree foam dice
- Dollar Tree lavender
- Lavender Ribbon
- Milk bottles
- Shower Caddy
- Chalk spray paint
- Black acrylic paint
- Sand paper
Step 1: Paint your Bottles and Foam Dice
Using the black paint, paint over the letters and cow on the bottles. Then, using the chalk spray paint spray the bottles and the dice. You may need a couple of coats. Once the dice and bottles have been painted, lightly sand the raised letters and cows on the bottles to reveal the black paint as if worn through. Then, dry brush some black paint onto the dice to accentuate the curves.
Step 2: Add the Letters to the Foam Dice
I used letters that spelled the word HOME on my dice. You could use BATH or PRAY or what ever you like for your dice. Only four letters fit on my shower caddy.
Step 3: Add the Ribbon and Flowers
Place ribbon around the necks of the bottles and at the top of the shower caddy.
Step 4: Put it all Together
Hang the bath Caddy on the wall. Add the Bottles to the top tier. Place the lavender into the bottles. Put the dice onto the bottom shelf and you have finished your Dollar Tree Foam Dice Wall Hanging.
