How to Make Hanging Dish Towels

I love hanging dish towels. I have several that I use but have seen better days.  It is time for new ones so I thought I would create this fun and functional hanging dish towel pattern and tutorial and share it with you.  I also decided to do a companion video to go along with this tutorial so you can head over to Youtube and take a look. This is a beginner sewing project that anyone with basic sewing skills can sew.  Although it requires a buttonhole I know you can do it. In

For this project I used some dishtowels that I purchased a while back for another project and thought they would be perfect for this.  I also used some cotton fabrics I had on hand that I purchased at JOANN Fabric & Craft Stores for the hangers.  You could use some patterned fabrics but I wanted to stick with solids for mine. You could head over to Hobby Lobby, Fabric.com or onlinefabricstore.net to get exactly what you need for this project.  This project contains affiliate links that if you click on them and make a purchase I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
