What you will Need: How to Make a Super Simple Dollar Tree Snowman Hat Cookie Container
- 1 Dollar Tree cake plate
- 1 Dollar Tree holiday tub with lid
- Black spray paint
- Christmas Ribbon
- Christmas Florals
- Hot Glue
- e6000 glue
- 1 11/2″ Tri-Glide
Step 1: Paint the Cake Plate and Tubs
Spray paint the plate, tub and lid black. Make sure the paint is completely dry before moving to the next step.

Step 2: Glue the Pieces Together
Place the plate on the bottom. Add both hot glue and e6000 to the bottom of the tub and place it in the center of the plate.

Step 4: Add the Ribbon
Measure a piece of Christmas ribbon to go around the bottom of the tub. Hot glue one end of the ribbon to the back of the tub around the bottom. Wrap the ribbon around the tub and glue to the other end of the ribbon.

Step 5: Add the Embellishments
Add the Christmas embellishments. I used items I had in my stash that I believe I got from Michael’s last year. I cut a pine tree tie into four pieces and put two pf them opposite two others and glued them onto the side of the tub. Then, I had some Christmas colored picks with balls on them and added them. Finally I added a pick with some greenery and Christmas ornaments to complete the look.
