What you will Need: How to Make a Last Minute Gift Bag

Step 1: Stitch the Squares Together

Place the squares right sides together and stitch all the way around using a 1/4″ seam allowance but making sure to leave an opening on one side for turning.

Step 2: Turn Right Sides Out

Clip off the corners. Turn the square right side out through the opening. Press well.

Step 3: Topstitch

Topstitch all the way around the square making sure to enclose the opening as you go.

Step 4: Fold in the Corners

Thread one piece of ribbon through the casing you stitched in the corners of the square. Thread another piece of ribbon from the opposite side through the casing so that you can pull it closed form both sides. Tie the ribbon ends together on each side.

Step 7: Turn the Bag Right Sides Out

Once you have threaded and tied the ribbon turn the bag right sides out so that the petals are n the outside. you have now finished your last minute gift bag.
